Processing Time
Every print is made to order. Please allow up to 2 business days (48 hours) to pack and prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Rates
- United States (Standard): $5 flat
- Canada (Standard): $8 flat
- International (Standard): $10 flat
Shipping Restrictions
We're not able to ship to every country. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund an order if we're unable to ship to the destination provided — whether due to carrier limitations, legal or export restrictions, or other reasons at our discretion. If this happens, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.
Tracking
Domestic (U.S.) orders ship with tracking, and you'll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. Orders shipped outside the U.S. use a simplified international shipping service that does not always include full package tracking once it leaves the U.S. — you may see limited or no tracking updates after that point. If you have any concerns about an international order, contact us at contact@pyfpointracing.com.
International Orders & Customs
We currently don't collect duties or import taxes at checkout. If you're ordering from outside the U.S., your country's customs authority may charge duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on delivery — these are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from anything paid to PyfPointPrints at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For domestic orders: once a package shows as delivered by the carrier, PyfPointPrints isn't responsible for loss or theft from the delivery location. For international orders shipped without full tracking, we're unable to confirm delivery status once the package leaves the U.S. If you believe your order is lost, contact us and we'll do what we can to help, but please keep the limited tracking in mind when choosing international shipping.
