About PyfPoint Prints

PyfPoint Prints is a brand operated by Alex Aureolin Design LLC ("we," "us," "our"), offering original hand-painted car portraits, scanned and reproduced as fine-art prints, sold through this website. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Artistic Renderings — Not Officially Licensed

Every design sold on this site is an original artistic rendering and personal interpretation created in-house by our artist. These prints are not officially licensed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the manufacturers of the vehicles depicted, or with any of their trademarks. Any vehicle names or marks referenced are used solely to describe the subject of the artwork.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photography, product descriptions, and site content are the original work of Alex Aureolin Design LLC. Purchasing a print grants you a physical copy for personal use — it does not transfer any copyright, and prints (or images of them) may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without our written permission.

Made-to-Order & Availability

All prints are produced to order — there's no inventory limit because nothing is pre-manufactured. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a design, or correct pricing/description errors at any time before an order ships.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed, and will contact you before charging a corrected amount if that happens. Automatic discounts (multi-print pricing, free shipping thresholds) are applied based on the cart contents at checkout and can't be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to place an order on this site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alex Aureolin Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of a print. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
